Ingrid is the founder of Takdir Transformation, an Enneagram training and personal transformation centre dedicated to the actualization of our highest human psychospiritual potential.
Ingrid’s past roles include Head of Leadership Development and L&D, Wellness and Talent Development for a major bank. Previously she held the role of Head of Transformation and Sustainability.
Over the past decade, Ingrid’s path has led her to become a full-time Enneagram specialist, teacher and personal transformation facilitator. She currently works with executives and international Enneagram students and has presented at two International Enneagram Conferences.
Her deep joy is facilitating small, intensive Enneagram-based personal transformation and learning groups for executives, Enneagram teachers, facilitators and coaches. She also offers stand-alone advanced Enneagram workshops and training courses so that coaches and facilitators can work with the Enneagram with greater self-awareness, credibility, depth and presence.
Ingrid is often described as “passionate”, “wise”, “insightful” and “deeply empathic”, which make her an effective transformational learning programme designer, teacher, facilitator and coaching supervisor.
Her approach draws strongly on Self-Efficacy theory and Positive Psychology, as well as Analytical psychology and Cognitive Science. Treasures from her personal life-long immersion in wisdom traditions are also integrated into her work. Her spiritual journey has given her access to the teachings of Contemplative Christianity, Jewish mysticism (Kabbalah), Sufism and Buddhism, and her facilitation process and modalities training is ongoing. (Hypnotherapy, embodiment, NLP, Expressive movement, art therapy, mindfulness and meditation, amongst others).
She strives to pragmatically empower people in their broader contexts to establish powerful virtuous circles and to live from their true “Holy Origin” and knowing hearts.

I love conversation, and my approach to education and learning is conversational, Socratic, and poetic.
We create meaning together, and as facilitator or guide, I tend the field of conversation: I pay attention, ask sincere questions, and listen with an open heart and mind; I seed and water dialogue; I invite you into dances of agreement and disagreement, of understanding and misunderstanding, of insight, confusion, revelation.
I bring to our conversations my curiosity about you, the participants, and your world, and knowledge and practices from a variety of fields; I hope also wisdom, energy, joy, and humour.
My perspectives are informed and shaped by explorations of philosophy (at the moment it’s Nietzsche & Heidegger), psychology (at the moment, archetypal, transpersonal, and existential psychology), history, politics and economics, and so on. A major focus of interest in my educational and transformational work is theories of development or maturation – the possibility for actually growing up!
I believe that life is a gift we accept every day. We grow into our own potential as we open our minds and hearts and joyfully surrender to this life force that expresses itself through us. We can see things more clearly, we can feel more deeply, and we can create more naturally.
I am confident that this programme will help young people to nurture and grow their energy, desire, creativity, love and wholeness to live wholeheartedly in a world that may be in great crisis and uncertainty, but is nevertheless always our world and no other.

Ioannis C. Papakonstantinou is an economist with a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Kent at Canterbury (UK). He is a seasoned executive with a 20 years successful track record in key positions in important organizations in Greece. Among others, he has served as the Director of the Exports’ Research and Studies Institute, as Special Human Resources Consultant on Restructuring to Thessaloniki Port Authority and for 11 years he was the General Director of Helexpo S.A., the National exhibition and conference organizing company of Greece.
