Today is World Heart Day, and as John Andrew Holmes used to say, a good exercise for the heart is to bend down and help someone get up! Those who know you well, know that it's your favorite exercise. It's no coincidence that your birthday is one day before World Heart Day. And 'Eudaimonia' is a child of the heart! Vision, action, and a genuine commitment to giving from your own heart to fill theirs are what it takes when turning to children and youth. In our times, the souls of children are very thirsty, and the available sources are extremely limited. Having witnessed how you embrace all the children of 'Eudaimonia' and your struggle to provide as many children as possible with the opportunity to live this rich and precious journey in their lives, it's worth saying a big humble thank you for your work! May your heart always be strong, spreading authentic love and boundless care to both young and old.
Happy birthday, always shining bright, with imaginative and ambitious ideas-actions! Good luck, and as you once told me: Enjoy life!
Happy birthday, Dimitris, and always innovative!
Happy and prosperous years, Dimitris, to you and your 'child,' Eudaimonia. Although I unfortunately belong to the group whose thoughts and reflections have gradually faded (but not disappeared!), your thoughts and the testimonials from the children have triggered them once again. While striving daily to 'build' my two princesses, spiritually, emotionally, behaviorally, humanly, and to balance their/my daily responsibilities with carefree moments, somewhere along the way... As I said, the trigger happened, so more in our beer. Once again, happy birthday, smiling, perceptive, as bright as ever, and may you continue to inspire.
I wish you many happy years filled with dreams and action!! Happy Birthday also to 'Eudaimonia'... may it live for many, many more years and continue to help our youth evolve into spiritually and emotionally healthy adults, creating a better world for tomorrow, better for themselves, for us, for society, for entrepreneurship. We are all interconnected links! Keep going; great visions always encounter resistance and sarcastic comments... but those are the things that change the course of history! With great respect for your admirable work and effort... Lina
Happy Birthday to you, dear Dimitris. Congratulations once again for your inexhaustible energy and the passion with which you support the holistic development of the new generations (both Greek and non-Greek). I can sense your frustration at times when you discover that the EUDAIMONIA Thriving Youths project does not receive the recognition it deserves. However, wasn't it always like this? Life progresses through the vision and efforts of the few. So, I wish you to continue striving and enlightening those - the few? - who are open to the light. After all, as Mark Twain said, 'When you find yourself on the side of the majority, it's time to pause and reflect.' Happy Birthday again!
Beautiful, genuine, essential, ambitious, innovative, self-evident... Efforts characterized by these qualities touch on the principles of social welfare and volunteerism, and they should form the foundations of society. When education itself does not incorporate the principles of eudaimonia, then it is certain that its value will have been undermined. Having greatly aided me in my journey, I am proud of you and the passion you have to help build the values that we so sorely lack..
Dear Dimitris, you are so right!!! But how can you gain the support of adults who know everything but don't apply the Principles of Leadership in their daily work and lead a life that doesn't rely on the principles of our ancestors? Nevertheless, allow me to wish you heartfelt congratulations, and from now on, may your life be strewn only with rose petals!!!
